Some usual factors that I point, emoticon's really shouldn't be present on a staff app, 2-6 hours is a ridiculously low amount per week. I know you said over Steam that it was per day and that you'd "read it wrong" but that just even more problems. Also, your grammar is iffy in places, along with your "Why should you be staff" section being very short.
